On 4 November 2019, H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-Cha (Ret.), Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, chaired the 22^nd ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Summit during the 35^th ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings. ASEAN Leaders and Leaders of three Dialogue Partners attended the meeting, namely, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea (ROK), as well as the Secretary-General of ASEAN. The Meeting adopted the ASEAN Plus Three Leaders’ Statement on Connecting the Connectivities Initiative. They also discussed cooperation on sustainable development in all dimensions, the RCEP negotiations and the Korean Peninsula.
