The 3rd Heads of Civil Service Retreat will be a platform for exchange of views on ACCSM’s way forward in developing ACCSM Work Plan 2021-2025 as well as the implementation of the aspirations detailed in the ASEAN Declarations and ASEAN Statement, in particular, the public service modernization and agile civil service, promotion of good governance through inter-agency collaboration, and strengthening collaboration with dialogue partners.
